Meet Chelsey

Hi, I'm Chelsey, Registered Health Coach who’s all about helping you feel your best—without the overwhelm.

My path into coaching started with my own struggles. I’ve dealt with burnout, hormone changes, and the frustration of trying to “do everything right” and still not feeling quite right. That experience pushed me to dig into what really supports health—and how to make it work in real life. Now, I help others do the same.

I work with all the moving parts of your health—what you eat, how you move, how you rest, how you handle stress, and your mindset—because none of it works alone. My job isn’t to hand you a perfect plan. It’s to help you make small, meaningful changes that actually fit your life and move you forward.

When I’m not researching the newest health tips and trends or trying out new recipes, you'll find me spending time with my family and doing what I can to stay active.
